Returns and Refunds Policy
30-day full refund guarantee
For a risk-free purchase opportunity, we provide all our products with this guarantee. If you receive your product and you change your mind, it does not meet your expectations, or is not what you wanted after all, you are offered this guarantee. We will ask you to send the product back to our warehouse in Germany, in the same box you received it in, and in the same condition. Once we have received we will refund your account the full purchase price (less shipping, if there was a shipping fee).
2-year Guarantee
This is provided on massage chairs. It refers to the materials and workmanship on the frames and structure of the chairs. We will ask you to take a digital photo of the fault and email it to us. Where possible, we will send you replacement parts. If necessary, we will repair a chair ourselves as quickly as possible, asking you to send it to our warehouse in Germany and we will ship it back to you once it has been repaired. In the very unlikely event of irreparable fault, we will send you a new chair.
10-year Guarantee
This comes on all tables we sell. It refers to the frames and support systems and workmanship of the tables. We will ask you to take a digital photo of a fault and email it to us. Where possible, we will send you replacement parts. If necessary, we will repair a table ourselves as quickly as possible, asking you to send it to our warehouse in Germany and we will ship it back to you ourselves. In the very unlikely event of irreparable fault, we will send you a new table.
