Shipping Information

We ship the same or day after payment has been received.

Expect 4 - 7 business days in transit to your door.

Shipping is free for all orders over € 200.

For orders under € 200, a € 35 fee is charged for tables and a fee of € 25 for any accessories.

Payment Information

Credit/Debit Cards:

We accept VISA and MasterCard debit or credit cards, using a high-security payment facilitator. Go through the normal purchase procedure, filling in your delivery details at the checkout page, then choose the 'Credit Card' payment option and 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be directed to the card payment page, where you fill in your card details and make your payment. You will then immediately be sent an automatic email confirmation of your order.

PayPal:

We accept Paypal. Go through the normal purchase procedure, filling in your delivery details at the checkout page, then choose the 'PayPal' payment option and 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be directed to the PayPal payment page, where you can directly make a payment for your order.

Direct Bank Wire Transfer to our account:

We accept direct transfers to our German bank account. Go through the normal purchase procedure, filling in your delivery details at the checkout page, then choose the 'Bank Wire Transfer' payment option and 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be sent an email with our bank account details and your order number to use as your payment reference.
