Pink & Ruby Red Grapefruit – Natural Essential Oil

Effective against the strains of fatigue, stress and overexertion

Derived through cold pressings of the grapefruit skin, grapefruit natural essential oil has a fresh, light and slightly bitter scent. It is effective against fatigue and stress. It is also helpful in recovering from overexertion. Grapefruit essential oil stimulates the lymph system and has a cooling effect. It supports detoxification and the ridding of waste products, skin astringent, while enhancing blood circulation.

Blending Suggestions:

Grapefruit essential oil blends particularly well with bergamot, clementine, clove geranium, lavender, lemon, mandarin, sweet orange, rosemary, and rosemary verbenone.

Basic grapefruit blend:

10 teaspoons (about 50 ml) carrier oil, 5 drops grapefruit, 5 drops sweet orange, 3 drops lemon
